About
Queering Accounting addresses a need for professional services firms to design for inclusion and diversity in the workplace. The project argues for the themes of opening and connecting to be embraced, adopted and practiced by professional service firms, those who work within them and the academic researchers actively engaged in investigating this field.

An opening up and connecting to new forms of cultural identification, theoretical frameworks, research ideas, research methodologies and methods, and to new ways of research dissemination is needed.
